KAIZEN HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY

  1. Bring an item to donate to Kaizen10Minute outlet and put it in the Donation Box provided in our outlets. The items must be in good condition, and are limited to books and toys.
  2. Get a haircut at Kaizen10Minute outlet.
  3. You will get ONE ticket for a donated item AND a full-price haircut in the SAME outlet at the SAME time. The items that are not in a good condition or a promo price haircut will NOT be eligible for the ticket.
  4. Fill in ALL your data in the ticket and submit the ticket to us by putting it in the box provided in one of the participating outlets.
  5. If you take a photo of yourself and post it on your social media, tagging @kaizen10minutehaircut and 3 of your friends, with the hashtags #kaizenholidaygiveaway then you can get one extra ticket. No private account allowed.
  6. Tickets will be distributed from 17th November 2017 – 17th January 2018.
  7. Tickets submitted must be original and in a good condition. Torn or copied tickets will not be accepted in the LUCKY DRAW.
  8. At the end of the period, the donated items will be donated to local communities within the area of Kaizen10Minute outlet.
  9. Winners will be determined by a LUCKY DRAW and will be drawn in early February 2018 by the Kaizen Team and be broadcasted live through Instagram. The exact date and time of the LUCKY DRAW will be announced through Kaizen social media (so make sure to follow us!).
  10. The winners will be announced on Kaizen Indonesia social media pages and will also get official notifications from PT. Kaizen Indonesia.
  11. There will be a total of 12 winners:
    1. 1 winner for the 1st prize (Phuket Trip for 2 Pax)
    2. 3 winners for the 2nd prize (Habanero Air Purifier)
    3. 3 winners for the 3rd prize (JD.ID Shopping Vouchers @IDR 500,000)
    4. 5 winners for the 4th prize (FREE Haircut for a Year)
  12. The trip will be carried out at the end of February 2018.
  13. The trip will only cover air tickets, accommodation, and the other things stated in the detailed itinerary (will be given personally to the winner). Other costs will be borne by the winners, and PT. Kaizen Indonesia will not be held responsible for them.
  14. All the winners will have to post their winning prize on their social media accounts and tag @kaizen10minutehaircut
  15. Employees of PT. Kaizen Indonesia are not eligible to participate.
  16. Kaizen Indonesia has the right to change the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
